These Terms of Service govern your use of the Papernostalgy online store and your purchase of products from Papernostalgy.
By accessing or using our website, https://papernostalgy.com, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
Papernostalgy sells art prints, framed photographic prints and merchandise.
Products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled by third-party production partners, including Gelato.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in colour, texture, positioning or appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes and materials.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Papernostalgy does not accept cryptocurrency payments.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed where required before the order is completed.
5. Production and fulfilment
Products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Papernostalgy uses third-party fulfilment and production services to manufacture and deliver orders. This may include production facilities located in different countries depending on the destination and product.
6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you under the law.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, photographs, designs, graphics, text, logos and other content displayed on Papernostalgy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish or commercially use Papernostalgy content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.
8. Website use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of Papernostalgy or third parties.
9. Third-party services
We use third-party services, including Shopify and Gelato, to operate, process and fulfil orders.
Your use of the website and purchase of products may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those service providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Papernostalgy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, production partners or events beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country where the customer resides.
